What data do I collect?

I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website or provide to me in any other way (email and/or social media etc).

When an order is placed via my website I collect the following personally identifiable information

Full Name
Full Address
Email Address
Contact Number

I also ask for your personalisation details which are entered on my website at the point of ordering. I may use software tools to measure ad collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to browse away from the page.

How do I collect this data?

Your data is supplied to me at the checkout process via my website. I receive the details you select at the time of ordering. Information is then stored on your website account, so I can dispatch your parcel to the correct address. I also receive an email from my website confirming a purchase has been made and the address you have requested we send the items to.

Why do I collect this data?

I collect the data explained above so I can provide and operate services, provide my customers with ongoing customer assistance and support, to contact my customers with general or personalised service related updates and promotional messages, to create statistical data which I may use to provide and improve my respective services and to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Do I share this data?

Your data is not shared with or sold to any outside individuals.

I share your Full Name & Delivery Address with the delivery company delivering your order. This is either Royal Mail or Evri.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a site visitors browser to track movements and actions on a website. I use cookies for security, to remember log in details and to preload pages already visited.

How Do I Keep your Data Secure?

The information collected during the checkout process is stored on my website server. My website is hosted via Granulr. You can see their policy by visiting https://granulr.uk/privacy-policy/.

Your Full Name and Address are saved on shipping labels, these are stored in my Royal Mail online account. Royal Mail’s policy can be viewed by visiting https://www.royalmail.com/privacy-notice

I employ security measures on all of my devices to ensure data is stored securely.

Data stored as a hard copy

I print your order ready for processing. Once your order has been processed the printed copy is destroyed.

Requesting a Copy or Deletion of the Data I hold

You can request a copy or deletion of all the data I currently hold on file for you. I am legally required to provide this to you free of charge and within a month of the original request.
